Comes with adhesive and screws. I chose to use the adhesive and it works great. The holders themselves are fine but now now the screws can go in or get out so it's either destroy the product or live with it. I used a quality screw on the one side and it worked just fine. Poor quality and not very thoughtful. If you buy, get your own screws.
